You are in charge of setting up, tearing down and ensuring the property is back in original condition prior to noon checkout.

You are also in charge of hauling away any trash or recycling. If you prefer we take care of it, we can arrange it for an additional $100 fee.

At 11pm we require you to shut off any outside music, close the barn doors and take the party inside if you aren’t done celebrating.

Yes, dogs are allowed. There is a $50 fee per pet and you are required to clean up after them.

The 3 bed/2 bath house on the property is included in the overnight and weekend packages and tent camping is allowed in designated areas.

As we are an outdoor venue and this is the Pacific Northwest, the space is not available for weddings November-March.

We have designated parking for wedding guests in the wooded space directly inside the gate. It can hold 45 cars and we recommend that you use a parking attendant on the day of your event. You can use the driveway and turn around for additional vehicles.

We allow non wedding single day events on a case by case basis depending on our bookings at the time. Let us know what you’re trying to host and we can try to make it happen!

Yes, you need to provide proof of event insurance 2 weeks prior to check in with at least $1,000,000 general liability and $300,000 damages to premises. This can usually be purchased through a home or auto insurance company and generally costs about $150.

The concrete pad allows individuals in wheelchairs to get around the speakeasy easily, however the path leading up to the building from the back road is gravel. In addition, the half bathroom in the speakeasy has a narrow doorway that will create a problem for some guests. We have a portable ramp available to make entrance to the house easier but it only allows access to the lower floor.

DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS. For whatever reason, despite multiple edit attempts, Google Maps takes you 10 minutes away from us and says you’ve arrived in the middle of a far off road. APPLE maps works great or use the following directions:

From I5:

-take exit 16 and head east towards the city of La Center (opposite direction of ilani casino)

-at the roundabout, take the first exit onto Fourth Street

-at the Y take a left onto NE Highland Road

-take a left onto NE 23rd Avenue

-take a left onto NE 349th Street

-take a left onto Alder Lane

-arrive at your destination and park in the designated parking on the right
